Eloise ~ in Wisconsin Looking for a Home

I am Eloise and I am up in the north country of WI. I hope that you need a companion as much as I need a home!! I came from a puppy mill and I am 10 years old, spayed and up to date on my vaccines. Of course, I am crate trained, but I would like to have a real home. Will you share yours with me? I also have a microchip and am a very nice girl, so please give me a call. I don't know much about cats or children, but other dogs are fine. My adoption fee will be $150. If you are interested in Eloise, please fill out an application and mention her name.
