Beau ~ in Southern California

Looking for a Home

Beau means "beautiful" and I am! Just look at my face! I am a 4 year old neutered boy that has spent some time in a shelter, and I am very glad to be out. I was neutered in the shelter and given all my shots. What the shelter didnít know was that I had a very bad urinary tract infection that was making me feel really sick. When Silky Rescue came for me, I was in pain and only wanted to sleep. I was whisked right away to the wonderful Silky Rescue vet, who found my problem and put me on the road to health again. Now I feel really good and I am ready for my new home. Beau
Beau My foster Mom keeps telling me what a very good boy I am. I am house trained and I wait to be taken outside before I do my business. I will stay in the pen if thatís what she wants me to do, and I do not cry or bark or try to climb out. When I am free to go around the house, I might climb up on your lap, give you a kiss, or just take a little nap with you. I play with toys a little and I walk well on a leash. I weigh about 8 pounds, but I am a little thin. I have a good appetite, so I should plump up soon.
I ride quietly in a crate in the car, but I really donít like to be put into one. I donít like strange noises. I know how to sit and come when called and I know my new name.

Beau is very easy to care for; a very mellow little dog. He gets along well with other dogs and probably would be okay with cats, too. Older gentle children would be fine, as well.

Beauís adoption fee is $300.00.
